After the form is sent and the first payment is confirmed, first contact takes place within 5 business days, or within 3 with the priority option. I then agree the next timeline with you individually, depending on the complexity of the trip.

How does the custom package work?
The ready-made packages are personalised too, but have a fixed scope and price: Basic covers flight, accommodation and transfer recommendations; Standard adds an attractions map and recommended places to eat; Premium adds a detailed sightseeing itinerary. Choose a custom package if you need a different combination of services or a route with several accommodation bases. We agree on what I will prepare, and I price the work accordingly.
At this stage, you make a 15 € first payment for needs analysis and the start of your personalised quote. I gather the trip details in this form and present the final price only once the scope feels calm, clear and well defined.
