You first choose a package and go straight to one travel form. I use it to gather the key details, then reply by email with the next steps. Priority speeds up first contact, but it does not change the service scope.
No. The offer includes solo travel, trips for two, family travel planning, B2B cooperation and custom packages.
In that case, the custom package is usually the best fit. It is designed for multi-country itineraries, road trips, honeymoon planning, luxury travel, long-term stays and journeys that need a much more bespoke level of detail.
The final plan is delivered as a PDF, and if the selected package includes it, you also receive a Google Maps link. WhatsApp contact is available after you receive the final plan.
After clicking “Choose package,” you go straight to the main travel form. This is where you complete your details, trip information and preferences for the next stage.
The main communication happens by email, so every agreement stays clear. First contact usually happens within 5 business days, or within 3 business days with Priority. Once the direction is accepted, the final plan is usually sent within 7 business days for Basic and Standard, and within 15 business days for Premium. For the custom package and B2B cooperation, timelines are agreed individually.
