- If your answers show a scope beyond the selected package, an extra charge or a move to custom pricing may be needed.
You receive thoughtful suggestions for flights, hotels, transfers and extras, while all bookings remain easy to complete independently through the links included in your plan.
Delivery timeline
Within up to 5 business days, or 3 with the priority option, I come back with first contact and up to 3 options to choose from. Premium is a detailed plan, so once you confirm the chosen option by email, the final plan may take up to 15 business days.
Premium package scope
The standard Premium package scope includes a detailed plan for:
- up to 5 days of intensive sightseeing, or
- up to 14 days of a calmer-paced trip.
If the plan covers more than 5 intensive sightseeing days, a road trip, several accommodation bases or very complex logistics, I prepare an individual quote before I begin.
If part of the trip is dedicated to rest, such as beach time, hotel time or relaxation, those days are not treated as full days of intensive planning.

10 days in Bali, including 5 beach days -> fits within the package.
10 days touring Japan with an intensive plan every day -> requires an individual quote.
